7. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from receipt to request a change-of-mind return, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refund Policy. This voluntary window is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items are returned at our expense; change-of-mind returns are at the customer's expense. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.

We make no guarantee that product descriptions, prices, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors without notice and may offer cancellation with a full refund if a correction affects an order you have placed.
