At Paisley Store, we want your shopping experience to be simple and reliable — from checkout to your front door. Please read the information below to understand how and when your order will arrive.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within Australia. There is no minimum order value required to shop with us.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within Australia. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no additional delivery charges.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on a weekend or an Australian public holiday begin processing on the next available business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Delivery Time
After processing, orders are delivered within 4–9 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
This means the total estimated time from order to delivery is approximately 6–12 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or peak seasonal periods.
Carrier
All orders are shipped and delivered by Australia Post. Tracking is provided for every order so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your delivery online at any time.
Problems With Your Delivery
We want every order to arrive safely. If something goes wrong, please contact us at support@paisleystore.com and we will help resolve it:
- Package not delivered: If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will open an investigation (usually within 24 hours).
- Delayed shipment: If your order is taking longer than expected, we will contact the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated.
- Damaged on arrival: If your item arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Wrong item received: If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange the correct item to be sent at no additional cost to you.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods are not delivered within a reasonable time, you may have additional rights.
