1. Where do you ship?

We ship exclusively within Australia, with no minimum order value — whether you live in a major city or a smaller town.

2. How long does delivery take?

Order processing takes 2–3 business days, and delivery within Australia takes 4–9 business days, for an estimated total of 6–12 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

3. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia — no minimum order and no hidden fees.

4. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

5. Are my payment details secure?

Yes. All transactions on paisleystore.com are protected with SSL encryption, and full payment card details are never stored.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.

7. Will I be charged taxes or import duties?

No surprise fees. As we ship domestically within Australia, there are no import duties. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable; any taxes or fees are clearly communicated before or during checkout.

8. What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Indoor try-ons qualify for a full refund, while items worn outdoors may receive a partial refund or be declined. These conditions are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply to faulty or not-as-described items regardless of the 30-day window.

9. Who pays for return shipping?

Return costs depend on the reason for the return:

12. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
