At Paisley Store, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy explains how returns and refunds work, alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights apply regardless of our voluntary return window below, and nothing in this policy limits or replaces them.

Voluntary 30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer a voluntary 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return if you change your mind.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must:

  • Be unworn outdoors and show no signs of wear;
  • Be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact;
  • Have only been tried on indoors to assess fit.

These conditions apply to change-of-mind returns. Items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described are covered by your Australian Consumer Law rights above.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@paisleystore.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return shipping instructions.
  3. Send the item back as directed. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items: Paisley Store covers the return postage.
  • Change of mind or wrong size ordered: The customer is responsible for return postage.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items showing obvious signs of outdoor use or wear beyond indoor inspection
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window has expired
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team
  • Items returned in a condition that prevents resale due to damage caused by the customer
